The AIM Congress will take place on 29-30-31 May 2023 in Dijon. In addition to the many Burgundian culinary specialties that will delight us all, Dijon is committed to the fight against climate change. The AIM 2023 research will bring this breath of fresh air.

Call for Papers

The call for papers for the 28th AIM conference is now open. The deadline for submissions is Monday, April 24, 2023 at midnight. The conference will feature a variety of tracks, including:
